  3. Self sustainable (or sustainable with minimal effort)

  4. Client projects get better somehow ….
    - less communication needed because people know where to look
    - helps onboarding
    - help teams be “outcome” focused
    - identify places to improve


KPI

Onboarding:

  1. Greater than 1 min read times on all applicable subpages for new team members

  2. Nearly 100% percent pass rate: Survey + unmoderated usability testing (potentially)

    1. was any info incorrect or out of date

Improving Product

  1. Core product documentation: Do those have stakeholder approval?

    1. Exist on 95% of projects

    2. Does it include the product process?

    3. Quant/Qual Report on customers

    4. Continues exploration plan

  2. Monthly evaluation of wiki’s

    1. Anything out of date or incorrect?

    2. Anything that should have been updated in the last two weeks?
