Customer Terms - Plugin
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using StatusReports for JIra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Plugin.
2. License
Bitovi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin solely in connection with your authorized use of Jira.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Plugin, including any enhancements or modifications, remain with Bitovi. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Data Privacy
The Plugin does not store, collect, or transmit any personal or confidential data outside of Jira. Your use of Jira is governed by Atlassian’s privacy policy and relevant security configurations.
5. User Responsibilities
Compliance: You are responsible for complying with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.
System Requirements: You must maintain a valid Jira license and ensure the Jira environment meets the Plugin’s technical requirements.
6. Updates and Support
Bitovi may, from time to time, release updates to improve the Plugin. Your continued use of the Plugin after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms or the Plugin. Support may be provided as outlined in the Support documentation.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
“As Is”: The Plugin is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Third-Party Services: Any interactions with third-party services (including Jira) are subject to their own terms and conditions. Bitovi is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitovi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Plugin.
9. Termination
Bitovi may terminate your right to use the Plugin if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via the Atlassian Marketplace listing or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Plugin after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
